Incident: American MD82 at Dallas on Jul 29th 2010, indication of rear slide deployed

The crew of an American Airlines McDonnell Douglas MD-82, registration N483A performing flight AA-1913 from Newark,NJ to Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA), received an indication that the emergency slide in the tail of the airplane had deployed. The crew continued for a safe landing on Dallas Ft. Worth s runway 17L.
