Incident: Air Canada E190 near Winnipeg on Jul 22nd 2010, suspected fuel leak [UPDATE]

An Air Canada Embraer ERJ-190, registration C-FMZR performing flight AC-177 from Toronto,ON to Edmonton,AB (Canada), was enroute at FL360 about 180nm east of Winnipeg,MB (Canada) when the crew reported a possible fuel leak and decided to divert to Winnipeg, where the airplane landed safely on runway 36 about 40 minutes later. A replacement Embraer ERJ-190 registration C-FGLY reached Edmonton with a delay of 2:45 hours. NAV Canada reported, that the crew reported a suspected minor fuel leak and advised, they would shut the left hand engine (CF34) down upon landing in Winnipeg.
