Accident: China Southern B733 near Kunming on Jul 17th 2010, loss of cabin pressure

A China Southern Boeing 737-300, flight CZ-3496 from Kunming to Zhengzhou (China) with 130 passengers, was just about reaching cruise level when the passenger oxygen masks were released and the crew initiated an emergency descent due to the rapid loss of cabin pressure and returned to Kunming for a safe landing about one hour after departure. About 20 passengers complaining about ear pain were submitted to a local hospital. A replacement aircraft reached Zhengzhou with a delay of 6 hours.
